Candy Corn Fruity Pebble Balls

Rice Krispy treats are certainly a classic, but why not take them up a notch for Halloween? Substitute Fruity Pebbles cereal for a unique flavor and a more colorful display! Roll them into balls instead of squares and serve in festive cupcake wrappers for accessible portions! Toss in some candy corn and you’ve got yourself a crunchy, gooey holiday snack!

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter

1 (10 ounce) package regular marshmallows or 4 cups mini marshmallows

6 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

1 cup candy corn (any flavor)

Instructions:

In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.

Stir until smooth.

Add cereal and candy corn. Mix well.

Using and ice cream scoop for assistance, shape with your hands into balls. Place in Halloween cupcake wrappers and serve.

Eat and enjoy these yummy treats in costume for the occasion!

Easy Eyeball Cookies

These eerie eyeball cookies are a great way to get your kids in the kitchen for Halloween! Save yourself plenty of time with pre-made sugar cookie dough (or even store bought cookies if you desire!). Frost with lemon icing for that yellow-ish tint or add yellow food coloring to a vanilla base for that extra level of spookiness! Stick on eyeballs made of fruit flavored gummy Lifesavers and chocolatey MnMs with an added bloodshot effect from red writing icing!

Ingredients:

1 package slice and serve sugar cookie dough (or a boxed mix of your choice)

Lemon frosting

Gummy Lifesavers

MnMs

Red writing icing

Instructions:

Frost each cookie with lemon icing.

Press a gummy Lifesaver into the frosting in the center of each cookie.

Top with one MnM, (Keeping the “M” side down), also adhering with frosting.

Draw squiggly lines with red writing icing to make them look bloodshot.

Eat and enjoy your extra eyesight!
