A sincere THANK YOU goes out to everyone who came to my live cooking demo at Pure Mountain Olive Oil Wednesday night. As I said in the opening, you could’ve been anywhere that evening and I’m so glad you chose to be there with me. I truly enjoyed meeting each of you after the event, and was so touched by the time each one of you took to speak with me afterwards.
I loved hearing that you’ll be making my cream of mushroom soup for your Christmas dinner this year, that the brie was the best thing you’ve eaten in a while, and that you can’t wait to cook the rosemary chicken and chipotle quesadillas for your family and friends.
Hearing your laughter as I shared stories, watching your faces light up as you dug into my food and knowing that even after two hours and five dishes you still asked if I could come back and do it again for you next week was an incredible feeling. I loved interacting with each of you, our thoughtful Q & A, and having the opportunity to meet face to face!
