Golden Beet and Goat Cheese Crostinis (topped with golden beets instead of red)
Mini Brie and Apricot Fillo Cups (Switch out raspberry jam for apricot preserves)
Roasted Spaghetti Squash (Substitute orange tomatoes for the red and add pine nuts)
Deviled Eggs (Make with djon mustard and leave off pimentos for the golden theme)
For Golden Fruit Skewers: Stack alternating pieces of pineapple, mango and starfruit on a skewer. Serve with vanilla or piña colada yogurt and a drizzle of honey.
For Pizelles: Spray one half with edible gold spray (I used Duff’s cake grafitti) and sprinkle with golden pearl dust.
