That’s SO Jenn’s Mini Brie and Jam Fillo Cups

2

Hosting a golden globes party this weekend? (Or planning to watch in your PJs with a bottle of wine?) Jazz up your appetizer selection with these easy to make, pop-in-your mouth bites.

Creamy, spreadable brie lets you skip the rind and get right to the sinful stuff. Simply dollop some into your crispy fillo shells, then top with tangy red raspberry jam for a 3-ingredient finger food worthy of an acceptance speech!

Ingredients
2 (15 count) packages Athens mini fillo cups (found in freezer section)

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons seedless red raspberry jam

1 (5 oz.) container Alouette spreadable Creme de Brie

Preheat oven to 350° and line shells onto a baking sheet.

Fill each cup with 1 teaspoon brie.

And 1 teaspoon jam.

Bake for about 10 minutes until shells are crispy and cheese is warm.

Eat and enjoy this weekend!
