White Chocolate Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

In honor of the first day of Spring, I created something quick and simple to give you more time outside in this beautiful weather. As the seasons change, it’s fun to utilize candy that’s only out for a limited time. (Much like my award winning winter mint surprise cupcakes)

Now, Hershey’s has introduced white chocolate raspberry hugs, and they truly do the trick. Smooth white chocolate on the outside wrapped around a raspberry center with just a zing of tartness. When paired with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, it’s a melt in your mouth extravaganza.

Instructions:

Whip up your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Bake cookies as directed and place an unwrapped hug in the center of each one during the last minute of baking. Return to oven for one more minute and voila!

Eat and enjoy them in the fresh air.
