Sugar Cookie Dip

2

You know that childlike joy you get when licking the back of a spoon while whipping up a batch of baked goods? Well, this sweet, dessert dip is that experience minus the voice in the back of your head telling you not to ingest raw egg. My friend Ivonne made this for a party over the weekend and I was hooked.

Rainbow sprinkles, colorful non perils or chocolate chips would make a great addition to this cool, creamy spread next time I make it. I look forward to coming up with my own version of this recipe (I suppose it would be equally delicious with any kind of cookie or brownie mix), but until then, I knew I had to share this with all of you. It’s as easy as pouring and stirring and saves you from turning on your oven!

Ingredients:

1 package sugar cookie mix

2 cups plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works great!)

1 cup Cool Whip

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, stir the sugar cookie mix, yogurt, and Cool Whip with a wire whisk until smooth. Store in an airtight container until serving. Plate with graham crackers, pretzels or fruit. Eat and enjoy feeling like a kid again!
Share.
