If you’re the kind of person who happily eats spoonfuls of peanut butter right from the jar (guilty!), then this recipe is for you. With monster cookies in mind, I was looking for a quick fix that required less ingredients and fewer steps. I’ve had no-bake desserts in the past and always wanted to create my own. What better time to do so than the final hot days of summer?
With half a package of Neufchatel cheese left from my coconut frosting and an unopened jar of peanut butter waiting in my cabinet, I felt inspired. This yummy treat came together in a matter of moments with an insanely delicious result. I would love to tell you how many are in a serving, but I ate too many along the way to know for sure.
Soft, rich peanut butter intertwined with sweet, chocolately MnMs all in a perfect pop-in-your mouth morsel!
Ingredients:
4 oz. Neufchatel cheese
1/2 cup reduced fat smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter Cheerios
1/2 cup MnMs
Instructions:
Pulse Cheerios in a food processor to make crumbs.
Blend together peanut butter, Neufchatel and cereal crumbs until a dough forms.
Add agave syrup and mix until blended.
Gently fold in MnMs.
Form into balls by scooping dough with a tablespoon and rolling it between your palms.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Eat and enjoy trying to get away without sharing these!
