These eerie eyeball cookies are a great way to get your kids in the kitchen for Halloween! Save yourself plenty of time with pre-made sugar cookie dough (or even store bought cookies if you desire!). Frost with lemon icing for that yellow-ish tint or add yellow food coloring to a vanilla base for that extra level of spookiness! Stick on eyeballs made of fruit flavored gummy Lifesavers and chocolatey MnMs with an added bloodshot effect from red writing icing!

Ingredients:
1 package slice and serve sugar cookie dough (or a boxed mix of your choice)
Lemon frosting
Gummy Lifesavers
MnMs
Red writing icing
Instructions:
Frost each cookie with lemon icing.
Press a gummy Lifesaver into the frosting in the center of each cookie.
Top with one MnM, (Keeping the “M” side down), also adhering with frosting.
Draw squiggly lines with red writing icing to make them look bloodshot.
Eat and enjoy your extra eyesight!
