If you’re looking for a fun snack or easy party appetizer, these parmesan garlic crisps pack a punch of flavor with a satisfying crunch. Natural salt from the cheese makes for a great play on a potato chip, and the homemade taste can’t be beat. In only ten minutes, you’ll have yourself a savory, fresh-baked treat! Sunday brunch, perhaps?
Makes 16 crisps
Ingredients:
1 cup grated parmesan cheese (the fresher, the better!)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of dried parsley
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grate parmesan and stir in garlic powder and parsley.
Drop one tablespoon full of cheese mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Gently press to spread cheese and flatten.
Bake for 10 minutes, until golden. (The cheese will get bubbly in the oven!)
Gently remove using a flat spatula. They should slide on easily.
Eat and enjoy plain or as the base of a simple canape!
